To whoever owns this restaurant, I am so disappointed with your food and services. The incident below happened in Gateway, Cubao (infront of Araneta Coliseum). Pls make necessary improvements.
Everything was just so AWFUL due to countless reasons! I would not recommend people eating here! I thought that every cent was worth it as the picture in their menu looks so good... BUT NO! First of all, their cashier was not at all attentive. She brushed her hair infront of us at the counter before attending to us. Kung hindi pa tinawag ng manager attention niya baka mag-100 brush strokes muna siya. After taking our orders, she did not give any receipt! She only gave us a piece of paper torn off from whatever part of paper lying around the counter. Second, my friend's burger was a so-so burger (you could buy a lower cost burger of this taste and kind at mcdo called Longganisa burger). Third, my order wasn't given to the cook. Remember the paper she torn off from whatever part of paper lying around the counter? Its my order in my hands!!! So after countless follow ups and waiting for an hour and considering my friend was done eating her so-so burger... that's the only time that she asked me about my receipt!!! I told her there was no receipt given and she was pertaining to the paper she gave me and she gave it to the cook and apologized for the mess and promised for a speedier service. BUT NO!!!! For the nth time, my order hasn't arrived for another 30 MINUTES! The manager did not even approached us and apologized for their poor service, she just sat there at the entrance of the resto and looked at how pathetic their service. So after an hour and 30 minutes... my stomach ate its innards... my wallet drained of 180plus pesos... NO FOOD... NO QUICKER RESPONSE from the whole staff... NO NOTHING! Its the worst service I have experienced in my whole life!
